Stan Batiste, MD, MBA. - President/CEO
Stan Batiste, M.D. graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1990 with a degree in engineering. Since that time he has become an M.D. specializing in interventional radiology with board certification in diagnostic radiology. Stan is also a fellowship trained Neuroradiologist from Yale University as well as fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology from Montefiore Medical Center (Albert Einstein College of Medicine) in New York. Currently, Stan holds an MBA from George Washington University in order to help Vasoflow in its mission of bringing advanced medical products to market with the goal of "Improving the experience of life".

Alan Ren - Chief Financial Officer
Alan has received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania and has graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in finance. Alan also has graduated from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China.
His past working experience includes COO and CFO of THOOF, INC , CFO of REVVER, INC (Technology start up with 80 people, acquired by LiveUniverse) where he helped raised more than $20 million through equity and debt financing for this start up and built financial infrastructure for this new online media startup and provided leadership for finance and operation team. Alan was also the Sr. Finance Director/Division CFO for SONY MEDIA SOFTWARE (Sony's online media arm) and has worked several years with Gateway as a senior manager and for the Multinational Company ChinaPack as a controller. Alan is Bilingual (Chinese/English) having grown up in China.

Frank Veith, MD

Dr. Veith graduated from Cornell University Medical School with Honors before completing an internship at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in New York and his residency training at Peter Bent Brigham Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Veith achieved success with his pioneering work in lung transplantation. It was in the 1970's and 1980s that Dr. Veith's attention turned toward vascular surgery with an emphasis on lower extremity revascularization procedures and the endovascular graft repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms. His group was the first to perform an endovascular aneurysm repair in the United States. Dr. Veith has held positions in every national vascular society and many international ones. In 1995 he was elected President of the Society for Vascular Surgery, the most prestigious society in the field. He has been a leading advocate for the recognition of vascular surgery as a true and distinct specialty and is the past Chairman of the American Board of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Veith held positions as Chief of Vascular Surgery and Interim Chairman of Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine for many years. In the last five, he has held The William J. Von Liebig Chair in Vascular Surgery and has been the Vice chairman of the Department of Surgery. Throughout his career he has received numerous awards and honors as a leader, outstanding teacher and innovator in Vascular Surgery. He is now Professor of Surgery and The William J. von Liebig Chair in Vascular Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic for whom he also Chairs the annual VEITHsymposium meeting in New York City and Professor of Surgery at New York University Medical Center.

Jacob Cynamon, MD

Jacob Cynamon M.D. is a radiologist at Montefiore Medical Center for over a decade and has focused his career on diagnosing and treating circulatory diseases. Dr. Cynamon serves as Director of the Divisions of Vascular and Interventional Radiology; he is one of six interventional radiologists who treat vascular disease at the Vascular Center. He serves as Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of AngioDynamics Inc. Dr. Cynamon serves as Member of Medical Advisory Board of Rafael Medical Technologies, Inc. Dr. Cynamon organizes and chairs the AIMsymposium (Advanced Interventional Management) in New York City. He is the Professor of Clinical Radiology and Director, Division of Vascular & Interventional Radiology, Department of Radiology, Albert Einstein School of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center, New York, NY. He received his MD in 1983 from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He did his residency in radiology at Montefiore Medical Center and joined the faculty in 1988.
